About Us:

Mukti & Kavith Casa is a leading luxury menswear couture house, specializing in bespoke tailoring, sherwanis, and wedding couture. We are looking for an experienced Tailoring Merchandiser who can bridge the gap between design, production, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between clients, designers, and tailoring teams to ensure timely delivery of garments.

• Manage fabric sourcing, trims, and tailoring requirements for bespoke and couture pieces.

• Oversee order flow – from measurement to trial to final delivery.

• Monitor quality checks (stitching, finishing, fitting) and resolve tailoring issues.

• Maintain records of tailoring orders, alterations, and delivery timelines.

• Liaise with masters, karigars, and production staff to ensure smooth execution.

• Track inventory for fabrics, linings, and tailoring materials.

• Assist in fitting sessions with clients and ensure all tailoring notes are executed correctly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in menswear tailoring / couture merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, cuts, fits, and garment construction.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-paced couture environment.

• Strong communication and client-handling ability.
