What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of projects from idea to launch
  • Early-stage startup or founder's office experience preferred
  • Track record of shipping products fast
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • A sense of ownership and bias for action—you're a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them
  • Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends
  • Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow

Nice To Have

  • Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or voice applications
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI optimization
  • Previous founding or co-founding experience
  • Open source contributions or side projects
  • Understanding of AI ethics and safety practices
