About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Account Manager

to join our team at Wild Flower Digital. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of our digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in project management tools such as
Notion

or
Asana

.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Use
    Notion/Asana
    to plan, allocate, and track project deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share data-driven insights with clients.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell additional services and drive growth.
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years in account management or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with
    Notion/Asana
    or similar project management tools.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles & channels.
  • Excellent
    communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Proven record of
    managing client relationships
    and delivering results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, creative problem-solving mindset.
