Role Description

Ahlen Foodpreneurs is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor for an On-site and Office role based in Chennai. This role involves tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs effectively, developing comprehensive cost plans, and ensuring accurate cost reporting across projects. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with other team members to control budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Expertise in Cost Reporting, including preparing and reviewing financial reports
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to quantity surveying
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the food industry or construction project management is an added advantage.
