Quality Facilitator

Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in quality assurance, preferably in [manufacturing/FMCG/pharma/IT – adjust as relevant].
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on processes, raw materials, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and organizational standards.
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and report quality performance indicators, preparing detailed reports for management.
• Assist in training employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure continuous improvement through lean practices and quality management tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, 5S).
• Support internal and external audits, and maintain proper documentation.

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
