Role & responsibilities

  • Sales (B2B)

  • Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners.

  • Prospect, pitch, and close FIT/GIT/MICE deals for Dubai and Bali.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and rate agreements.
  • Maintain a competitive product portfolio (hotels, activities, transfers, experiences).
  • Achieve monthly targets; manage pipeline, conversions, and revenue reporting.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing optimization.
  • Execute sales campaigns, webinars, and partner trainings.

  • Operations

  • Manage end-to-end bookings: itinerary design, costing, confirmations, vouchers, invoices.

  • Coordinate with on-ground DMC teams in Dubai and Bali for smooth execution.
  • Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport, tours) for rates, availability, and special requests.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy: Dubai visas, insurance, and compliance.
  • Monitor service delivery, handle on-trip issues, and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Work with finance on payments, credit control, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain CRM and operational trackers; meet TAT and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-2 years in B2B travel/DMC sales and operations (Middle East/SE Asia preferred).
  • Strong destination knowledge of Dubai and Bali (hotels, activities, seasons, regulations).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM, and basic revenue/margin analysis.
