Roles & responsibilities



•Requirement gathering from HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Should have good hand on experience in delivering integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PICOF, RaaS and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP

Educational qualifications



•BE/  B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MBA/ MCA

•Certifications in Workday Integration Core is must

Work experience



• 10+ years of IT experience in integrations development of ERP/SaaS/Cloud based systems

• 10+ years of experience in Workday integrations including CCW, PECI, Studio, EIB, Document Transformations, Reporting

• Led end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM and Finance projects, including requirement gathering, design review, testing, deployment and post-production support

•   Managed Workday integration for modules such as HCM, Finance, Time and Absence etc

Mandatory  technical & functional skills



•Experience with Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, DT,PECI, calculated fields and Custom Reports

•Experience in Web Services – SOAP/REST

•Strong Knowledge of XML/XSLT and JSON

•Good understanding of Integration Security configuration

•Good understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance Business processes

•Experience working with SFTP connections, key based authentication, PGP keys, file scheduling and security certificates

Preferred technical & functional skills



•Experience with Workday Extend, BIRT or Payroll Interface integrations.

•Understanding of OAuth2.0 within Workday

•Exposure to security groups, business processes and tenant configuration

•Experience in Core Connectors such as Worker, Benefits and Finance Interfaces
