Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Making hot/cold drinks (coffee, tea, specialty items) using espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
  • Customer Service: Warmly greeting customers, taking orders accurately, answering questions, and building rapport.
  • Sales & Transactions: Operating the register (POS), handling cash/cards, and suggesting food/drinks.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keeping workstations, equipment, seating areas, and restrooms clean and sanitized; restocking supplies.
  • Inventory: Monitoring stock (beans, milk, cups) and helping with orders/deliveries.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail (recipes, orders).
  • Passion for coffee and learning new techniques.
