We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and young Account Manager to join our Merchant Banking team. The role requires managing client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and building strong professional relationships. While prior exposure to Merchant Bankers is preferred, we are also open to candidates from the services industry with excellent client management skills and a strong business acumen.

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned merchant banking clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Support clients through onboarding, transaction execution, and documentation processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of merchant banking services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchant banking products, services, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor client accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Prepare client reports, MIS, and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in recovery follow-ups and compliance requirements as needed.

Key Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or financial services.
  • Exposure to Merchant Banking/Investment Banking/Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage client expectations, and deliver under timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
