Role Objective
To assist in the execution of green building certification processes (IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, EDGE, etc.) by supporting documentation, coordination, and basic technical analysis. The role is suited for entry-level professionals with an interest in sustainable design and green buildings. Structured training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and organize architectural, MEP, and vendor documentation required for compliance across energy, water, indoor air quality, daylight, waste, and material-related credits.
Prepare and maintain calculation sheets for rainwater harvesting (RWH), ventilation, daylight factor, lighting power density (LPD), and other relevant sustainability metrics.
Develop and update area statements, credit trackers, and documentation files in line with rating system requirements.
Coordinate with architectural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain required inputs and close documentation gaps.
Support site-based activities such as environmental measurements (e.g., temperature, humidity, IAQ), photography, and record keeping.
Stay informed on relevant code updates and rating system changes; summarize implications for ongoing projects as required.
Software knowledge requirement:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Arch/M.Arch / B.E / M.E in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or Architecture.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships will be considered).
- Basic understanding of green building and sustainability principles such as passive design, energy and water efficiency, and indoor environmental quality.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic ability to read CAD drawings.
