Clinic Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise clinic operations, staff scheduling, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure smooth front-desk coordination
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and medical protocols
  • Handle patient queries, feedback, and service recovery
  • Support marketing activities, social media coordination, and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain financial records, billing oversight, and petty cash management
  • Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for treatment planning and execution
  • Ensure documentation, consent forms, and treatment records are properly maintained
  • Monitor clinic performance and suggest improvement
  • Qualifications & Skills-
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
  • • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare facility management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in clinic software, billing systems, and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with grace
  • Work Schedule
  • The clinic operates 7 days a week, including Sundays
  • Week offs are provided on a rotational basis
