Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- QA Engineer

• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, ETL Testing and writing testing scripts in Python to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of data systems
• Deep understanding of the data domain, with data processing, data storage, and data retrieval
• Strong collaboration, communication skills and analytical skills
• Experience reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts)
• Experience creating and improving the integration of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process
• Some experience with performance and security testing
• Design and develop comprehensive test plan, test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage test case life cycle .
• Execute and analyse manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the quality of software applications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that test cases are aligned with development goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper testing coverage and effective communication of test results.

Ability to manage repeatable standard processes along with an ability to find, own and resolve ad-hoc issues.

• Hands-on experience in test executing using AWS services, technically proficiency in service such as MKS, EKS, Redshift, S3.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• Experience in data engineering or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in testing data pipelines on AWS .

• Proficiency in SQL, Python test automation skills and data manipulation technique
