Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer with deep expertise in building intelligent AI agents and conversational systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, combined with strong full-stack development skills to create end-to-end AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks
• Build multi-agent systems with complex workflows, tool integration, and decision-making capabilities
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and knowledge bases
• Create conversational AI interfaces with memory, context management, and multi-turn interactions
• Integrate various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into agent architectures

Full Stack Development

• Develop responsive web applications with modern frontend frameworks (React, , or Angular)
• Build robust backend APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI, Django) or
• Design and implement databases (SQL/NoSQL) for storing conversation history, user data, and agent knowledge
• Create real-time communication systems using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

System Integration & Optimization

• Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations for AI workflows
• Build monitoring and logging systems for agent performance and user interactions
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI-powered applications

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• AI/ML Frameworks
  : Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and agent orchestration patterns
• Programming
  : Strong Python skills, plus JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development
• LLM Integration
  : Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models
• Backend
  : FastAPI, Django, Flask, or

AI Agent Expertise

• Experience building multi-step reasoning agents and tool-using systems
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and agent planning
• Understanding of vector embeddings, semantic search, and RAG architectures
• Familiarity with agent memory systems and conversation state management

General Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional agent frameworks (AutoGPT, CrewAI, Haystack)
• Knowledge of fine-tuning and training custom models
• Experience with streaming responses and real-time AI interactions
• Familiarity with AI safety, content filtering, and responsible AI practices
• Background in natural language processing or machine learning research
• Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs
• Understanding of MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines
