Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Research Scientist – In Vivo at TheraIndx Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. The Research Scientist will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing preclinical in vivo studies, including utilizing animal models for drug research and evaluation. Daily tasks will include data collection, interpretation, and presenting study results to internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and preparing comprehensive reports are also part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in conducting preclinical in vivo experiments, including proficiency in advanced animal models and handling
  • Knowledge and experience in in vivo pharmacology, toxicology, biomarker integration, and related fields
  • Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and result interpretation
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, effective communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Master's degree in a relevant field like Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ethical guidelines governing animal research
  • Prior experience in a preclinical CRO or in vivo-focused research is an advantage
