1)Opening & Closing of RM/PM Store.   2)Handling of documents.   3)Dispensing of RM/PM    4)Handling of Material.

Verify the requisition slip.

Collect the material as per requisition slip from rack. 

Verify the cleanliness of dispensing area /RLAF/Weighing balance/ Utensils etc (Not Limited).

Verify the Temperature/RH/Differential pressure of RLAF/ Differential pressure of area and record the same. If any abnormality observed, raise a break down meme for rectification.

Take a line clearance from QA person to start activity.

Arrange to transfer the raw material from outside area to dispensing area through pass box.

Start to dispense first Inactive material and then API. 

After dispensing, transfer the dispensed material at Day store and make an entry in log book.

Verify the remaining qty. and prepare the "Loose label" which is affix on the containers/bags/boxes and transfer it at RM Store through pass box.
