Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of all interactions with debtors, including call summaries, agreements, and payment details.

Meeting Targets: Achieving assigned collection targets and contributing to the overall success of the collection team.

Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions related to their debts.

Following Company Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding debt collection practices and customer interactions.

Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices related to debt collection.

Required Skill:

Minimum Qualification: 10th pass
