Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing our products, and optimizing business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and Spark.
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data for analysis.
  • Design and maintain databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns in data.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C for data manipulation and model development.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments for real-time analytics.
  • Engage in data mining activities to extract valuable information from large datasets.

Skills

  • Proficiency in AWS for cloud-based data solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Familiarity with database design principles and SQL for database management.
  • Competence in analytics tools like Looker for visualizing data insights.
  • Understanding of linked data concepts and quantum engineering principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work with Talend for data integration tasks.
  • Knowledge of VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks.
