We're looking for a dynamic, quick-thinking and results-driven Client Servicing Specialist to join our team. As the face of our agency, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, driving innovative ideas, and delivering exceptional service. Your energy and creativity will fuel our agency's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities ::

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

  • Effectively manage and grow our existing client base

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, pitching, and relationship-building

  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions for client briefs

  • Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results

  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and review presentations to clients

  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and projects

  • Manage project timelines, element lists, and daily activities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving agency growth

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to senior management
