Job Title: Purchase Executive ( Interiors)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in luxury products and interior materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing premium-quality materials, negotiating with high-end vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to support luxury interior and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure luxury-grade materials, furnishings, fittings, and interior products.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with premium vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and inventory reports.

• Coordinate closely with design, project, and site teams for material specifications and requirements.

• Ensure quality standards are met for all luxury and interior products.

• Handle vendor comparisons, rate analysis, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of interior materials such as marble, designer tiles, lighting, furniture, fabrics, hardware, and dcor products.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with luxury brands, high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

• Understanding of import sourcing and premium supplier management.
