Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
L2 Support Analyst – Network & Telephony
to act as the last line of technical support for all incidents, requests, problems, and changes in the network and telephony domain. This role demands strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, ensuring infrastructure stability, and participating in upgrade and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for
    network and telephony infrastructure
    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, changes, and problems within SLA.
  • Mentor junior staff and create knowledge articles.
  • Plan and implement hardware/software upgrades.
  • Manage security for network and telephony devices.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with IT standards.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support project delivery and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Technologies:

  • VLANs, STP, LACP, Routing, DHCP, SFlow, HA, Cloud networking.
  • AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting).
  • Network Security: Proxy, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco), IDS/IPS, Encryption, LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS, RBAC.
  • Load Balancing (F5 BIG-IP LTM & GTM).
  • Windows Server (2008–2016), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, DFS.
  • Cisco CallManager, Virtual IR, IPFX, IVR Payment System, RedBox.
  • Cisco management tools.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in a corporate IT infrastructure role.
  • Strong background in
    network and telephony support
    .
  • Experience in
    financial services or similar regulated industry
    preferred.
  • Relationship management with third-party vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
  • CCNA/CCNP (preferred).
  • ITIL v3 Foundation (preferred).
