KiarX is a pioneering mines management platform that consolidates all aspects of mining business management into a single app and website. With KiarX, users can access live production status, analyze trip reports, monitor drivers' performance, and oversee machinery maintenance and breakdowns. The platform also provides diesel reports and various other operational metrics essential for efficient mining business management.

Role & Responsibility Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, located in Ahmedabad. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups and prototypes, designing visually appealing interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Daily tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing front-end designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user interface and experience.

User Research & Analysis

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Wireframing & Prototyping

Develop wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

UI Design & Visual Consistency

Create modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with KiarX's brand identity and product goals.

Collaboration with Product & Development Teams

Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs and ensure seamless implementation.

Design System & Guidelines

Build and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.

ontinuous Improvement

Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on designs for better usability and engagement.

Accessibility & Responsiveness

Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for cross-platform use.

Innovation & Trends

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Skills in Mockups, Prototyping, and User Experience Design (UED)

Experience in Visual Design and Front-End Development

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
