Credit Controller

Position: Credit Controller

Qualifications: Degree in any discipline

Minimum 1 year experience as a Credit Controller.

Skills Required: Excellent communication skills.

Ability to speak and understand Malayalam, English and Hindi.

Strong coordination abilities with customers and internal teams.

Ability to manage receivables and follow-up on payments effectively.

Basic knowledge of accounting and credit management.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage customer credit limits and outstanding payments

Follow up with clients to ensure timely collections

Maintain accurate records of receivables

Coordinate with the sales and accounts department

Prepare periodic reports related to credit and collections

Support in resolving billing or payment-related issues
