Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for members and caregivers

Assist caregivers in accessing support services, therapy sessions, and information.

Coordinate daily centre operations, scheduling, and member appointments.

Maintain and update patient and administrative records.

Support program planning, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Conduct outreach initiatives to connect with new members and partners.Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from a recognised institution.

1–2 years of experience in healthcare, community development, or NGO settings preferred.

Superior communication and documentation skills

Mandatory language fluency: Tamil, English

Based in Chennai (for applicants outside of Chennai, kindly do not expect a response)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
