Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the company's 
    digital marketing services, sales offerings, and business development processes
  • Support the sales team in
    prospecting, and client outreach activities
  • Assist in creating 
    sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals
  • Conduct 
    market research
     to identify potential clients, industries, and new business opportunities
  • Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and help maintain 
    strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with 
    marketing, operations, and delivery teams
     to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
  • Maintain and update 
    CRM systems
     with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
  • Track and report 
    daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Participate in 
    sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve 
    conversion rates
    , and support revenue growth
  • Develop a strong understanding of 
    customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Communication Skills:
     Strong verbal and written communication with confidence in client interactions
  • MS Excel:
     Proficiency in Excel for 
    sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • CRM Tools:
     Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 
    CRM software
     (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Sales Fundamentals:
     Understanding of 
    sales cycle, lead management, and customer relationship management
  • Analytical Skills:
     Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Team Player:
     Collaborative attitude with a strong learning mindset
  • Adaptability:
     Comfortable working in a 
    fast-paced sales and marketing environment
  • Target-Oriented:
     Willingness to work toward 
    sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
  • Presentation Skills:
     Ability to create and deliver 
    clear, persuasive presentations
