As a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise systems across backend services, APIs, front-end experiences, and distributed event-driven architectures. You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance CORE's Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions and help modernise a mission-critical financial technology platform used globally.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and maintain and .NET applications integrated with AWS services.

● Handle application-level responsibilities across S2P workflows, user-focused output, and modern UX expectations.

● Work with engineering leadership (Sr. Engineer III & Architect) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Implement and contribute to backend workflows, code patterns, documentation, and operational readiness.

● Collaborate with the architect to become familiar with overall systems; expand the larger vision and product architecture.

● Adopt tools, frameworks, and workflows created by other engineering teams, providing feedback and innovative ideas.

● Evaluate technical constraints, propose improvements, and communicate trade-offs.

● Contribute to Observability instrumentation using OpenTelemetry across tracing, metrics, and logs.

● Participate in sprint planning, requirement grooming, and user story definition.

● Document workflows and schemas based on provided specifications from architects.

● Communicate effectively and represent engineering requirements during sprint ceremonies.

● Continue learning new technologies, frameworks, and coding patterns (serverless, microservices, Kafka, GraphQL, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

● 8+ years of professional engineering experience

● Strong experience with .NET 6+, C#, EF Core

● Solid proficiency with / JavaScript

● Experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS

● Familiarity with SQL and relational database systems like PostgreSQL

● Hands-on experience with Kafka event streaming

● Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

● Knowledge of observability tools (OpenTelemetry)

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

● Experience with GraphQL

● Familiarity with nanoservices architecture

● Knowledge of cXML integrations or B2B data exchange

● Exposure to procurement or financial technology platforms

● Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

● Contributions to developer communities or open-source projects
