Location: Femina Flaunt Studio Salon - Banjara Hills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at Femina Flaunt Studio Salon. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the salon, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and motivate the team to achieve service and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure excellent service standards.
• Lead, train, and manage salon staff to maintain a positive team environment.
• Handle client appointments, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain salon hygiene, ambiance, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, product stock, and vendor coordination.
• Track daily sales, targets, and prepare performance reports.
• Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Management / Beauty / Hospitality (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing, scheduling).
