Preparation and Review of Building Maintenance annual planner.

Preparation of Breakdown memo.

Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure.

1.5

Preparation of Training Need Identification as per sop.

1.6

Preparation, Review and Handling of RO system, Boiler, Compressor, Nitrogen plant, chiller and compressor operation related document.

2.0

Execution of the activity.

2.1

Execution of equipment Preventive Maintenance activity and update checklist.

2.2

Execution of Building Maintenance activity and update the checklist.

2.3

Execution and rectify the machine breakdown activity.

2.4

Execution and update the Qualification and validation related document.

2.5

Execution and Update the Operation records RO system, Boiler, Compressor, Nitrogen plant, chiller and compressor.

2.6

Execution and update of Temperature and Relative humidity monitoring System.

3.0

To assign the Identification label for instruments and equipment.

4.0

Handling of QMS related activities. 

4.1

Initiate the Change control, CAPA and Deviation as per standard operating procedure.

5.0

Handling of new equipment installation and site project related activities.

6.0

To execute the document as per Receiving, Control, Issuance, Distribution and Retrieval of Documents procedure.

7.0

Handling the Billing procedure of calibration and maintenance related activity.

8.0

To proceed for AMC of equipments and calibration activity as per procedure and Approval of contract services.

9.0

To Prepare drawing as per procedure Management of Layouts, Drawings and P & ID diagram.

   10.0

Monitoring & maintaining the safety of men and machine during execution of any work and project.

   11.0

Installation & Commissioning of new machinery.

   12.0

Additional responsibilities assigned by Head of the department.
