Role Description :

We are building a cross-platform mobile application called Rally Point. This app is designed for field operations, Bible worker coordination, community engagement, and administration. It includes features such as real-time geotracking, territory management, surveys, donations, barcode scanning, community modules, and an admin dashboard.

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our team immediately and help us deliver Phase 1 and Phase 2 features within a tight deadline.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain mobile app features using React Native (iOS + Android).

Implement real-time geotracking, delivery tracking, surveys, donations, and offline sync.

Integrate Firebase for authentication, database, push notifications, and analytics.

Work with APIs (Google Maps, Stripe, Twilio, etc.) for geolocation, payments, and communication.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, clean, and responsive UI.

Ensure offline functionality and smooth user experience.

Work closely with the backend team ) to integrate services.

Debug, optimize performance, and fix issues to ensure app stability.

Coordinate with other developers, testers, and project managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Strong experience in React Native (Expo/CLI).

Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, FCM).

Good understanding of geolocation services, maps (Google Maps, Leaflet, OpenStreetMap).

Experience with offline storage & sync (IndexedDB, SQLite, AsyncStorage).

Familiarity with Stripe or other payment gateways.

Ability to implement QR scanning, barcode scanning, push notifications.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Experience in building production-level apps with clean architecture.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
