Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project schedules, conducting inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. The Project Manager will also handle logistics and ensure all materials and resources are available as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Expediting
- Experience in conducting Inspections and Quality Control
- Skills in Logistics Management
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
