Job Description – Sales Executive (21K School)

  • We are looking for a highly motivated
    Sales Executive
    to join our Admissions & Sales team at
    21K School
    , Indiranagar, Bangalore. In this role, you will engage with parents and students, understand their requirements, and guide them through the complete admissions process for India's leading online school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from parents/students.
  • Explain 21K School's curriculum, programs, fee structure, and admission process clearly.
  • Understand parent needs and recommend the best academic solution.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and update all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, and virtual admission events.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Customer Handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Compensation

  • CTC:
    ₹6 LPA
  • Variable Pay:
    Up to ₹2 LPA (performance-based)
