We are seeking an
experienced Sales Manager
to lead business growth in lighting & infrastructure products.

Role Overview

  • ·  Build new business opportunities with
    architects, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and infrastructure companies.
  • ·  Handle
    sales cycle independently,
    lead generation, pricing, negotiation & order closure.
  • ·  Develop and execute sales strategies to expand
    market presence in decorative & street lighting poles.
  • ·  Work closely with production & logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • ·  Collect payments on time and maintain financial discipline.
  • ·  Stay updated on
    industry trends, customer needs & competitor activities.
  • ·  Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets.
  • ·  Provide
    technical support to clients
    in choosing the right product.

Skills & Experience

  • ·  Education:
    B.E. (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) OR MBA in Sales/Marketing
    with strong technical knowledge.
  • ·  Experience
    : 3–5 years in sales of lighting poles, high mast poles, steel structures, or related infra products.
  • ·  Strong industry knowledge of
    lighting, urban infrastructure, and fabrication businesses.
  • ·   Excellent
    sales, negotiation & client relationship-building
    skills.
  • ·   Strong
    network with the government. Departments, municipal bodies & private developers.
  • ·   Ability to
    work independently and deliver results.
