Job Description Role and Responsibilities: ● Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand reinforces our status and reputation and is appropriate for our various audiences ● Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards presentations brochures) ● Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts ● Conceptualize social media posts and campaigns ● Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction ● Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for direction ● Assist team in developing and executing communication plans ● Provide technical support for design-related efforts ● Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms ● Contribute to creative ideating for social media ● Maintain organized content files and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files ● Other duties as assigned.Education/Experience Requirements competencies and skills ● Experience creating strong engaging content. ● A portfolio of applicable outputs ● Excellent research organizational and time management skills. ● The capacity to work independently and collaboratively. ● Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. ● Strong visual communications skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts through videos and images ● Solid verbal and written communication skills ● Thorough knowledge of Image editing softwares G Suite ● Familiarity with best practices for content on social media platforms (YouTube Facebook LinkedIn Instagram) ● Flexibility in working with new issues topics learning and receiving feedback ● Knowledge of layouts graphic fundamentals typography visual aesthetics brand communication Not Mandatory but Welcome: ● An understanding of SEO and best practices for creatives on social media platforms ● Ability to create videos using simple graphics for social media ● Familiarity using camera and audio equipment - video recording experience Environment  Work From Office (6 days a week) Number of positions 1 Minimum Qualification Preferred     Degree in design/communications or related field or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields
