Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will support the business development team in identifying leads, conducting market research, managing communication with prospects, and assisting in proposal creation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT services industry and to work closely with experienced professionals across various platforms like Upwork, PPH, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in identifying new business opportunities across platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Sales Navigator, and others.
● Help maintain client relationships by managing communication and follow-ups.
● Support in the creation of persuasive proposals and presentations.
● Conduct basic market research and help track competitor activity.
● Collaborate with the team on lead generation and outreach strategies.
● Assist in managing and updating company profiles across freelancing platforms.
● Help maintain CRM records and documentation for leads and opportunities.
● Support the team in client queries, requirement analysis, and bid submissions.
● Learn and adapt to business development tools and techniques under guidance.
● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to build domain knowledge.
Our Requirements:
● Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Eagerness to learn about online bidding and business development platforms (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn).
● Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies is a plus.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
● Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
