BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is looking for a talented and experienced Senior AI & ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models to drive impactful solutions for our diverse range of projects. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design cutting-edge algorithms and leverage large datasets to extract valuable insights.
Your work will be crucial in enhancing our products, improving user experience, and solving complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the AI and ML domain while being part of a forward-thinking organization.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Senior AI & ML Engineer or a similar role with at least 6 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI model development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- In-depth understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation processes.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Ability to work with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
