Job Title: Telesales Executive – Share Market Algo Software
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Algo Trading Software designed for the share market. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales through effective telecalling and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in trading and investment software.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing of Algo Trading Software in a clear and professional manner.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and reference building.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable trading automation solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Stay updated on financial market trends, algo trading strategies, and competitor products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance or Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (preferably in financial products or software).
Good knowledge of the stock market, trading platforms (like Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One), and algorithmic trading concepts is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools.
