• We are seeking a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Developer/Engineer to join our growing cross-functional business system team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing intelligent agentic systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Glean, Workato, Mulesoft, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence etc.), MS Suite of applications (Sharepoint etc.) and other emerging AI technologies and enterprise applications.
• You will collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional leaders to build scalable, secure, and intelligent automation solutions that drive business transformation.

• Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems and GenAI-powered automation solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite, Sharepoint etc.).
• Expertise in using LLM-based applications based on models like GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows and reusable agentic components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for AI and automation initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and act as a technical escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards in AI implementations.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or GenAI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDKs).
• Exposure to Saas Based CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk etc.
• Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embedding techniques.
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).
• AI/GenAI certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google, Microsoft).

• Experience with RPA tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier etc.).
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to Glean, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems.
• Exposure to agentic protocols like MCP, A2A, or similar multi-agent communication frameworks.

• Design and implement AI-driven automation and agentic solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI-based bots, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

• Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
