Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Associate based in Delhi, India. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, analyzing financial data, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with teams, addressing customer queries, and ensuring accurate account management to meet the organization's standards.

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interactions with clients and team members
  • Experience in customer service and account management to handle accounts and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively
