We are looking for highly skilled Hybrid Cloud Architects to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud strategy, migrations, optimizations, and security. As an architect, you will design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud solutions that align with customer business goals while ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Infrastructure Understanding

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking & Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Observability, Resiliency HA, Backup, DR).
  • In-depth knowledge of Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure strategies across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
  • Basic understanding of PCE (Policy Control Enforcement) concepts (hands-on not mandatory).

Architecture & Design

  • Architect and design multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions, selecting the right hyperscalers.
  • Build scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures tailored to business requirements.
  • Define processes and policies for infrastructure design, build, and implementation.

Migrations & Repatriations

  • Plan, schedule, and execute cloud migrations and repatriations.
  • Lead teams to deliver solutions for migration, repatriation, or new infrastructure builds.

Optimizations

  • Analyze cloud and PCE billing for cost efficiency.
  • Conduct audits and recommend optimization strategies (RI, SP, Spot Instances, etc.).
  • Advise on performance enhancements and operational cost optimization.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure cloud environments comply with industry security and regulatory standards.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and status reports for senior management.
  • Document technical and process details thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with clients, HPE sales teams, and delivery teams to expand engagement opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong background in Cloud Architecture, Migrations, and Repatriations.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, NSX-T, Backup Solutions (Veeam), OpsRamp, PCE.
  • Proficiency in Azure and AWS hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of GL Metering and cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
  • Experience in solution pursuits and pre-sales preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
