JOB RESPONSIBILITYValidate the Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order in line with the approved budget and control & guide the business towers with proper cost center & GL account. Generate and publish monthly management reports on financial performance by dept by region. Provide cost center owners with detailed expense reports and trends compared with budgets and forecasts and work with them to ensure spend is within budgets. Maintain process trackers, SOPs, infractions, exceptions lists. Cost center creation & management. Review the general ledger (such as Salary, T&E, Professional Services, provision entries etc) in detail to ensure appropriate accounting at cost center level and provide in depth analysis for further action Analyze and identify areas for cost optimization. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate with business leaders to create strategic plans and financial projections. Review the general ledger (such as Salary, T&E, Professional Services, provision entries etc) in detail to ensure appropriate accounting at cost center level and provide in depth analysis for further action Analyze and identify areas for cost optimization. Fluent in preparing cost benefit analyses/ ROI. QUALIFICATION CA | MBA | ICWAI EXPERIENCE Minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in a finance/health insurance field capacity and experience with relational databases and mainframe and client server report writers; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESExcellent MS Excel skills. Good knowledge of PowerPoint is expected as several reports are submitted in presentation slides. Prior experience of working on Oracle , EPM, Oracle OAC, FDIP is preferred.
