About the Role

We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our rice flour processing unit. The role involves managing production, quality, workforce, and machine efficiency to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality output for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production of rice flour and ensure output targets are met
  • Monitor grinding, sieving, roasting (if applicable), and packaging lines
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI/GMP compliance across the plant
  • Manage operators, helpers, and packing staff
  • Coordinate with QC for batch quality checks
  • Track raw material usage, packing materials, and daily production reports
  • Support preventive maintenance and report machine issues promptly

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar preferred
  • 2–5 years experience in a flour mill, rice mill, or related food processing unit
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and production workflow
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
