SCOPE OF WORK

Align regional training initiatives with business objectives and amplifying regional performance by bridging knowledge and skill gaps of the field force in the assigned region.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

Regional Trainings:-

  • Analyze training needs and gaps for the assigned region.
  • To design regional annual calendar in consultation with Central Trainers
  • To conduct and co-ordinate training programs for the assigned Region.
  • Ensure training completion rate on time.
  • Ensures Training Effectiveness by keeping participation rate high

Regional Assessments:-

  • Follow up on the post online training assignments and ensure timely completion.
  • Identifying low scorers and arrange re-training in consultation with regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure knowledge retention by continuous assessments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Qualification: Life Science Graduate/Pharma/Biotechnology
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years
  • Preferred Industry: Healthcare - Diagnostic or pharma
  • Candidates open to work for 6 days WFO
