Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed IT Recruiters (6 months -2 Years Experience) who are passionate about technology hiring and talent acquisition. The role involves working on IT requirements for multiple clients, sourcing skilled candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze client hiring requirements for IT roles.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using online platforms.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree (BBA, MBA, B.Tech preferred).
  • 6 months -2 years of experience in IT or Technical Recruitment.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome.
