Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Activity Mappingto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, documenting, and enhancing quality assurance processes within projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that quality standards are met and continuously improved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing quality processes, identifying areas for improvement and standardization.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to implement quality assurance strategies and metrics that align with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback to refine quality processes.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and implementing quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, process mapping, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
