  • Coordination with external consultants and vendors

Preferred candidate profile

  • 05 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role

  • Experience in hiring sales executives, technicians and admin people

  • Experience in automobile dealership / retail / field workforce preferred

  • Working knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling blue-collar and sales staff
