Job Description
Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Process Integration (PI) and Cloud Process Integration (CPI), with hands-on expertise in designing and developing integrations and interfaces.
  • Proven experience in working as a consultant or lead in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SAP PI/CPI teams to design, develop, and deliver robust interfaces and integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Design and implement complex mapping transformations, error-handling mechanisms, and adapter configurations following SAP CPI design best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture and integration strategy.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and other IT departments to gather integration needs and propose effective middleware solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SAP CPI Architecture and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in error handling, monitoring, and debugging SAP CPI interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SAP PI/PO and its integration with SAP CPI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in complex mapping techniques (e.g., graphical, XSLT, Java mappings).
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, etc.) and adapters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
