BIM Engineer

We Unit7 Creations is looking for skilled and motivated BIM Modelers and Coordinators (Certified Professionals) with at least 6-10 years of experience working in UAE or internationally to, join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, DiRoots, Point Cloud, Synchro 4D Pro, Fuzor, Cost X, Solibri Checker, CDE-BIM360/ACC, etc., combined with a strong understanding of architectural design and construction. You will contribute to the creation of accurate, efficient, and high-quality BIM models, working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals on various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and update 3D architectural models using Revit, Civil 3D, ensuring consistency and alignment with the project requirements.

· Work with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure model coordination and integration of all building systems.

· Produce detailed drawings and construction documents, ensuring they align with Project intent.

· Perform quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

· Use clash detection tools - Navisworks, Solibri Checker, to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).

· Implement changes and updates based on feedback from project stakeholders, keeping the model and drawings up to date.

· Follow and ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to achieve smooth project workflows and deadlines.

· Assist in the preparation of reports, drawings, and presentations as required for meetings with clients, stakeholders, or regulatory authorities.

· Apply international standards and best practices in BIM modeling, ensuring that all processes align with both local (UAE) and ISO 19650 standards.

· Provide technical support to junior staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

· BIM Certification: A professional certification in software mentioned or project management.

· At least 3-5 years of experience working in a BIM environment, preferably in UAE or abroad.

· Strong proficiency in the above-mentioned software.

· Understanding of design and construction processes.

· Experienced in producing models, drawings, schedules, and documentation for construction projects.

· Hands-on experience with clash detection software such as Navisworks.

· A keen eye for detail, ensuring models are error-free and comply with project specifications.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members.

· Ability to identify and resolve model-related issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

· BIM Certification: A certification in BIM software (e.g., Revit or similar).

· International Experience: Experience working on international projects, with knowledge of global BIM standards and practices.

· Project Experience: Experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale projects.

· D Visualization Skills: Familiarity with visualization tools like Enscape, Lumion, or similar software for rendering and presentations.

· Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE's building codes, standards, and regulations

· You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project teams in an agile environment, to ensure successful project execution.
