Junior Cinematographer

Xebec is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Cinematographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of cameras, lighting setups, and basic cinematography techniques. You will assist in capturing high-quality video content and collaborate with the creative team to bring visual stories to life.

Experience - 6 months to 1 Year

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

Location - Pune (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and handle cameras during shoots (both indoor and outdoor).

• Assist in setting up lighting equipment and ensuring proper light balance.

• Work closely with the senior cinematographer/director to execute the visual style of the project.

• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and related equipment.

• Ensure smooth execution of shoots with attention to detail and quality.

• Stay updated on the latest camera and lighting techniques.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera operations and lighting techniques.

• Familiarity with different types of cameras like DSLR, Mirrorless (Video cameras), Cinema Cameras and lenses.

• Understanding of shot composition, framing, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong team player with good communication skills.

• Should have a camera specifically for in-studio videography

- Must know content scripting

• Should be able to shoot by mobile as well
