Job Description:Exp: 5 yearsNotice: Immediate to 1 monthLocation : ChennaiWe are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports that provide insights and support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate requirements into functional data visualizations. Optimize and maintain existing dashboards, ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Integrate Tableau with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud-based systems (AWS), and big data platforms (Databricks). Conduct data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure data quality and consistency. Work with data engineers and data scientists to support data modeling and pipeline optimization.
Provide training and support to end users and promote self-service BI across the organization. Document technical and functional requirements, data models, and processes. Stay current with Tableau best practices, new features, and industry trends.
