Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
AWS DevOps Engineer
to architect, develop, and optimize a large-scale, real-time data streaming platform hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise across AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, containerisation, and monitoring tools. You will play a key role in enabling scalable and secure cloud infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Build:
    Architect, build, and maintain a scalable real-time data streaming platform on AWS.
  • AWS Expertise:
    Work extensively with AWS services essential for stream processing and serverless computing (Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC, NLB, RDS, MemoryDB, CloudWatch, DNS, etc.).
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize streaming platform performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Partner with data teams to onboard and support various data products.
  • Version Control:
    Manage and maintain Git repositories following best practices.
  • IaC:
    Use Terraform to manage and provision infrastructure efficiently.
  • CI/CD:
    Build automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Security Compliance:
    Implement security best practices using tools like Snyk, Sonar Cloud, and Code Scene.

Mandatory Skill Sets

  • Strong proficiency in
    AWS Services
    (IAM, Lambda, VPC, Networking, RDS, MemoryDB, CloudWatch, Security Groups, DNS, NLBs, Directory Services, Certificate Management, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with
