About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Full Stack Development Trainer to mentor and guide students/professionals in mastering full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in MERN (MongoDB, , , ) and the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on MERN stack technologies.
  • Design, develop, and update course curriculum and training materials.
  • Provide hands-on coding guidance, assignments, and project-based learning.
  • Evaluate learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support learners to prepare them for real-world projects and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, , ,
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub, deployment, and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
